Delete Your Account
We're sorry to see you go. If you choose to delete your Latchd account, all of your personal data and app history will be permanently removed from our systems. This action cannot be undone.
How to delete your account

Open the Latchd app
Sign in to the account you wish to delete.

Go to Settings
Tap the Settings icon in the bottom navigation or menu.

Select Account
Tap 'Account' from the Settings menu.

Tap 'Delete Account'
Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm deletion. You may be asked to verify your identity for security.
What happens when you delete your account
- All personal information and profile data are permanently erased.
- Feeding logs, trackers, and saved preferences are removed.
- Any active Premium subscription is cancelled (manage via App Store or Google Play).
- Deletion is typically completed within 30 days.
